Subject matter of papers submitted to the Editorial Board of Finance and Business should conform to the journal’s scope. The editors reserve the right to reject any manuscript without explanation. The Editorial Board usually makes the final acceptance decision within two months of the manuscript submission date.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMITTED MANUSCRIPTS
Manuscript’s content must conform to the journal’s Scope, be novel and interesting to the broad readership of the journal. The submission of a paper for review means that the author certifies that the manuscript is not copyrighted, nor has it been accepted for publication (or published) by any peer-reviewed journal, nor is it under review elsewhere.
Manuscripts must be in Windows Word format. The submission is made to the editor, by e-mail.
The file name should be no more than 8 characters long.
The manuscript should normally not exceed 60 000 characters or 33 pages, double-spaced, including tables and graphs.
All manuscript pages must be numbered. All tables and figures must be numbered sequentially. All tables and figures in the text or appendices should have captions. All tables and figures should be referenced in the text.
The manuscript should include the following author information: full name, scientific degrees and academic status, place of work and position, contact phone number and email address.
Manuscripts must contain abstracts of no more than 800 characters, in Russian and English, as well as keywords, in Russian and English.
Technical Guidelines
Margins: 2.0 cm each Line spacing: single. Use Arabic digits to number tables and pictures. Format: Microsoft Word for Windows. Font: Times New Roman — 12 pt.
List of references must be located at the end of the manuscript in alphabetical order by authors' last names in accordance with accepted standards of bibliographic description. References to the cited sources must be put in round parentheses and indicate the author’s name (or the title), year of publication and the page of the cited work; for example: (Petrov, Sidorov, 2004, p. 23) or, (The statistical compilation …, 2003, p. 56).
Manuscripts that do not meet the specified requirements will not be reviewed.
All manuscripts undergo a peer review that is double blind. The referees are assigned by the editor and are either members of the editorial council or scholars at universities or research institutions, with expertise in the relevant field.
There is no submission, review, or publication fee charged by the journal.

REVIEW POLICY
The manuscript submitted should conform to the journal’s criteria regarding the subject matter and the technical guidelines (tables, charts, bibliography, and links to online publications).
The Editorial Board strives to complete scientific review of manuscripts within two months of submission. The review process is Double blind. Referees are assigned by the editor and are either members of the Editorial Board, the Editorial Council or scholars at universities or research institutions, with expertise in the relevant field.
If the review is positive, the editors make a decision to publish the article and inform the author about the decision within three days of receiving the review. If revision of the manuscript is recommended, the text of the review is sent to the author. In case of manuscript rejection, the Editorial Board sends to the author the text of the review containing the motivated negative opinion.
The Editorial Board also reserves the right to reject the article in the case of:
- non-compliance with the requirements for manuscript;
- finding elements of plagiarism;
- inconsistency of the article’s subject matter with the journal’s scope.
