However, this paper shows that this method is incompatible and irrelevant for this goal in its current form due to the fact that it is based on two erroneous postulates: (1) Keynes\u2019s investment multiplier; because of two reasons: (a) the substitution of the cause (the national income) for the effect (investment), and (b) it is the inverse of the marginal propensity to invest; and (2) the printing of fiat money as the main source for increasing government spending.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Keywords: Government Spending, Economic Growth, Keynes\u2019s investment multiplier, The Printing of Fiat money.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I.I. Kapralova<br \/>\n<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The System of National Accounts of Russian Federation as a Tool for Macroeconomic Analysis<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Structure of Russian economy is analysed on the base of Statistical Abstracts on SNA since 1993 until 2010. The main macroeconomic indicator is considered using three approaches: produc\u00adtion, distribution, final consumption. It is shown inefficiency of Russian Economy: didn\u2019t have a profit growth, short-coming of Gross saving. The authors have concluded the incomleteness of SNA RF. We don\u2019t have so far the Financial A:count, macroeconomic indicators are based on the aggregative data but don\u2019t on the base of generalization of microdata, the absence the indi\u00adcators for sectors and industries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Keywords: System of National A:counts, production, distribution, Gross saving, indicator, sec\u00adtor, industry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span>V. Dikarev<br \/>\n<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Forecasting Macroeconomic Indicators Using Simulation Based on Stochastic Models of Economic Growth for a Small Open Economy<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The articles devoted to the formulation of a stochastic growth model for a small openeconomy, the substantiation of the discrete approximation of model\u2019s restrictions in the form of recurrence relations, and for ecasting macroeconomic indicators using simulation. We show the possibility of constructing the discreteapproximation of stochasticrestrictions using the properties of the Wienerprocess\u2019 increments.
